More about Alan Kippax and BIM Corporation
Alan Kippax

Alan Kippax (pictured above) of BIM Corporation says the company did more than $30 million in sales last year. A few years ago he ran a Canadian company called Treasure Traders International, and helped bring the company to the UK, but it was soon shut down by the UK government for being an illegal pyramid scheme.

Treasure Traders International and BIM Corporation filed for an injunction against David Thornton's anti-pyramid scheme website, CrimeBustersNow.com, but the judge sided with Thornton. In his 18-page judgment, Judge M.G.J. Quigley wrote: "This court cannot, through a request for injunctive relief brought on totally unsatisfactory affidavit evidence, permit itself to become an unwitting accomplice in upholding against fair criticism a "business" that at least prima facie appears and may well be found at trial to constitute an illegal activity specifically sanctioned by provisions of both the Competition Act and the Criminal Code."

Kippax, who says he's been in network marketing for 15 years, adds that BIM Corporation is above board because they're selling a product with value. "I have 8,000 people in the business. They're taking the holidays all the time."
