Blind Bus Passengers, Doggy Doo Doo, Seniors' Tutition

Saint John Transit Commission tells blind and partially sighted passengers they can no longer ride the bus for free. On the phone in, we ask what it will take to get dog owners to pick up after their pets. Plus, Mount Allison reverses its policy of free tuition for seniors.
