HST Protest, Pension Feedback, Competition Phone-in

On April 1, the PEI government will collect HST on electricity. We talk to Islander Bob Baird, who plans on not paying the HST on next month's power bill to protest the province's decision. Should politicians convicted of illegally spending taxpayers' money be allowed to receive their public pension? We hear some of your feedback on that. And, Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman, the co-authors of "Top Dog: The science of winning and losing," take your calls on competition.
