Under the Watchful Eyes of the UK: Ever walk into a store and notice a tiny camera above the counter.....and wonder if anyone's watching...and if they are - who are these people? Well, if you're in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, you could be under the watchful eyes of someone in the U-K. A new web-based surveillance program called "Internet Eyes", and it's being launched in the Halifax-area this week.
