New England power generators worried about NB/Québec deal; Phone-in : Art Irwin on home heating

The New England Power Generators' Association was one of many players in the energy industry who didn't see the deal coming between NB Power and Hydro-Québec. NEPGA represents 18 competitive electricity-generating companies throughout the northeastern United States who collectively supply 28,000 megawatts of installed capacity in a 31,000 megawatt market.
We reached Angela O'Connor, the president of NEPGA, in Boston.
