Music got Tobias Beale through high school.
And he's always wanted to help other kids develop that passion.
But his full-time job was cut, and he's the spent the last year as a band resource teacher, travelling from school to school, part-time.
It can be a difficult way to make an impact.
But as Philip Moscovitch found out, Tobias is unbowed.
