CBC Radio One Maritime Magazine
Noel Doiron and the Wreck of the Duke William

It all started with a crumb, a tidbit of history.
That's how two brothers from Nova Scotia - a social worker and a lawyer - embarked on a journey of historical detective work.
They wanted to find out more about the Acadian founder of their village.
And what they found led them to the story of one of our region's most tragic - and lesser known shipwrecks.
This week Maritime Magazine traces the story
