NDP promos On beahlf of the Deaf Community of Manitoba, we are delighted to see TV spots/promos of NDP with closed-captions (similar to subtitles) for the Deaf and Hard of hearing on TV. NDP really do listen to us, the Deaf Community. I understand that PC opts for radio which is unfortunate for all of us, who cannot her. You can guess which party we will vote for on June 3.
