Drek Daa. Psychologist and poetic performer (Ryszard Hunka)
Dr. Dawda is a psychotherapist; he sits, and listens, and heals his patients.
Outside of his practice he is Drek Daa, the performance artist who is a whole different animal.
It's a Jekyll and Hyde thing, only in clown form and much more poetic.
On stage Drek Daa -- and his other characters fisherman Dorko and professor Dark -- reveals man's folly through poetry and music in a performance that will shake you to your cerebral cortex.
In our ongoing series "Don't quit your day job", SCENE put Drek on the virtual couch to discuss how he alters between psychologist and performance artist.
