It's like Winnipeg's own version of the Cannes Advertising Awards.
Kubasa in a Glass harkens back to some locally produced
television from the "golden era" of no/low budget and public access TV.
It's being brought to the screen by Open City Cinema which is a series that focusses on Winnipeg's underground and forgotten rarities.
