The last time Justin Beiber came to Winnipeg, in October of 2011, he was spotted outside a Winnipeg movie theater with his sweetheart Selena Gomez. Then there was a sighting at the Forks marketplace, where a young Bieber once busked for change.
Rabid fans might have even caught a glimpse of the couple heading into the Manitoba Museum for a private candle-light dinner date on the Nonsuch.
If you want to make sure to catch a real-live glimpse of Bieber this fall, your best bet is to get online right away and buy a ticket. His show at the MTS centre on October 18.

Bieber's fourth studio album, Believe, is set for a June 10 release. The first single, "Boyfriend," set a world-record by debuting #1 on iTunes in 32 countries.
During his last visit Bieber donated a signed guitar to Harvest, which the food bank auctioned off as a fundraiser. This time around, a dollar from every ticket sale will be donated to Pencils of Promise, with the goal of building 15 schools around the world for needy children.
Bieber's dad is from Winnipeg and Bieber spent time growing up in the city. There is a day between his Winnipeg performance and his next show in Minneapolis, so there's a chance Bieber will stick around to check out the city. And this time around he'll be 18, so his options are unlimited.
