One sketch featured a screaming bronze age potato that attracts the undead. That is all kinds of stupid in an awesome kind of way.

The Big Stupid Improv checklist:
Big? Yup. Hosted by Steven Sim and Lee White from CRUMBS, the Probable Cast of opening night included Nadine Antler, Tricia Cooper, Caitlin Curtis, Stacey Hallal, Alix Sobler and the improv audio talents of Mama Cutsworth. It was a girls night out for improv.
Stupid? Absolutely. One sketch featured a screaming bronze age potato that attracts the undead. That is all kinds of stupid in an awesome kind of way.
Improv? Indeed. The show centred around the improv game "Director's Cut." The cast performed a variety of scenes, and the audience voted for its favourites. Too soon, we lost the scene about the girl who was not allowed to go to the dentist until she cleaned her room. Too soon, I say! But that's improv.
Opening night had its highs and lows for the Probable Cast.
The show was difficult to hear at times. The actors were nervous, the music was too loud, and the WAG is a big performance space that gobbles up sound.
On the upside, it was thrilling to see talented performers work without a net and put together an entertaining improv show. And to my mind, Tricia Cooper's maniacal Ronald McDonald robot was worth the price of admission.
