To order a copy or transcript of CBC News radio programs, please contact CISION Media Marketing Services at (204) 957-1677. Transcripts are held for 1 month (local) and 3 months (national). Please note that prices vary according to the length of programs.

- Simply fill out this form.
- Phone message: Radio Noon plays messages that are approximately 30 seconds in length. Groups must be non-profit and located in Manitoba to qualify. Leave your message on the Radio Noon listener line by calling 204-788-3797.

CBC is proud to sponsor a variety of community groups around Manitoba. For sponsorship consideration, we request all organizations download and complete a Request for Sponsorship here.
For details about how to submit a sponsorship proposal, call (204) 788-3672. Please complete the form and fax it to (204) 788-3104. Please note that to be eligible for a CBC sponsorship, organizations must have a permanent office in Canada, be non-political, and be a registered non-profit or charitable organization. Requests should reflect community involvement and complement the station image. In addition, our focus is on events that reach our diversity, amateur sport and education communities. Finally, please note that CBC does not provide cash for sponsorships. We offer goods and services in kind. Requests should be submitted eight weeks prior to the event date. Your request will be assessed by our Sponsorship Committee and a decision will be communicated to you within a month in email.

- Who do I contact about inviting a CBC personality to host an event?

For hosting requests, we ask for all organizations to download and complete a CBC Host Request Form.
This form helps us to support both your event and our CBC hosts. Return the completed form by email to patti.glesby@cbc.ca or by fax to 204-788-3104. To request a word document of this form, please contact patti.glesby@cbc.ca.

- How do I submit a PSA and what format is acceptable?

Please submit your PSA to the attention of Lindsay MacKenzie, senior communications officer at PO Box 160 Winnipeg, MB R3C 2H1. PSAs may be submitted on digital beta tape in 16x9 wide screen format, or in high definition on HD Cam-SR tape format. CBC Communications is also able to accept final broadcast versions of PSAs from services such as Mijonet, DG Online and Extreme Reach. Accepted lengths of PSA's are 15 and 30 second messages only.
Only one copy of the broadcast tape is required for national broadcast on the CBC Television network. Approved messages are distributed nationally.
