On November 21, The Winnipeg Convention Centre will play host to the 8th annual Hope in the City Breakfast.

This year's keynote speaker is two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Catrina Le May Doan with CBC News Winnipeg host Janet Stewart providing the hosting duties.

This breakfast serves as the official kick-off to the 2012 Christmas Kettle and Toy Mountain campaigns. Attendees can expect to hear stories of hope and courage that make a difference in our community.

Tickets are $40 each. Funds raised will support programs and services of The Salvation Army that give hope in our city.
