Social media campaigns have been used to encourage you to buy PEI beef, to raise awareness about mental illness and now to create awareness around changes to employment insurance. A social media campaign is used on Twitter where people write what's called a hashtag at the end of what they're posting. The hashtag in this case is NOTlazy. The PEI Working Group for a Livable Income hopes this PEI campaign will grow to become a national discussion.
