Richard Raiswell - Maritime Union

It's an old topic that gets revived every now and then. Most recently an historian in Moncton discussed it in an academic paper. Then it hit the press thanks to Conservative Senator Mike Duffy from Charlottetown. And now Mainstreet's political columnist Richard Raiswell has his say.
