In Memory: January 2013 Archives

People all across Prince Edward Island were saddened this morning to hear of the passing of Frank Zakem. Frank was a former mayor of Charlottetown, the long-time principal of Holland College, and is remembered for his deep and sincere commitment to his community and to the less privileged. George MacDonald was privileged to serve on city council with Frank Zakem, and he joins us now to share some of his thoughts about the man.
