City budget - Two New Officer Positions

Mainstreet2013.jpgThe City of Charlottetown released its annual budget today. There will be no tax rate increase for residential or commercial properties -- or for water and sewer customers. John Jeffery spoke with Mayor Clifford Lee and Charlottetown Police Chief Paul Smith about two new officer positions for Colonel Gray and Charlottetown Rural high schools.
