Dessert and Daffodils - A Tasteful Fundraiser
A student at the Culinary Institute has paired her talent with a cause she feels strongly about. Jessica Holmes has created a dessert as a fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society. Now Dessert and daffodils has spread to other restaurants in Charlottetown. Karen Mair visited the Culinary Institute to talk to Jessica Holmes and Claire Nantes.
