If you like to have one glass of wine with dinner - you can be chancing the rest by just placing the cork back in the bottle. And a person can sometimes have too much cooking wine. Our Sommelier, Jean-Sébastien Morin, is here with some tricks and treats of preserving wine. He's the wine category manager with the PEI Liquor control Commission.
