Art in the Open - Artists display outdoors

ArtInTheOpen.jpgArt In The Open is a one day festival held on August 24th, 2013 in Charlottetown. While It's an opportunity for artists to take their work outdoors, it also lets the public interact with a variety of artistic forms and meet the artists in a whole new way. We talk with Becka Viao, the co-ordinator of Art In the Open and Gerald Beaulieu who is an Island artist.
