OneofaKind - Overman Jewellry and Love Charlie

oneofakind3.jpgThis weekend many people will be shopping for Christmas presents and two Islanders are in the middle of the mecca of craft shows. The One of A Kind Show and Sale is in its 38th year on the Toronto waterfront. Everything is made by hand and artisans are juried before getting the One of a Kind green light. Alisha Stephans makes hats, fascinators and jewelry under the label Love Charlie and Matt Bowness creates jewelry pieces by re-purposing vintage and industrial materials. He operates Overman Jewellry and Art. I reached Alisha and Matt earlier as the doors were opening at One of A Kind.
