Liquor Agency - Freddy Doiron

Rustico Liquor Store.jpgThe Province is planning to open privately-run liquor stores in up to five Island communities.
Government has sent letters to councils in Cavendish, Kinkora, Murray River-Murray Harbour, Eldon-Belfast and East Royalty-Marshfield areas to see if they're interested in having agency stores. North Rustico already has a provincially-run liquor store. They are worried what a new liquor agency in Cavendish would mean. Freddy Doiron is the chair of the North Rustico Community Council and he spoke with Karen Mair on Mainstreet. (googlemaps)
