CBC PEI Weatherman Boomer Gallant loves to cook and often shares his biscuits, muffins, jam and pickles with the Mainstreet crew. He won’t share his biscuit recipe … that’s OK because we know there are lots of great biscuit makers on PEI.

Traditional - white flour soft quick bread using a leavening (rising) agent (not cheese biscuits not whole wheat) Anything goes - variety of flours or gluten free; alternative leavening agents and/or liquids Diversity - bannock, galette, naan - your alternative biscuit
