Jake's Gift - Julia MacKey

JakesGiftHarbourfrontTheatre.jpgReturning to a place where you've had a dramatic experience is not always an easy thing. That's something Julie MacKey learned when she spent time with Veterans from World War 2 who were going back to France.

That experience resulted in the birth of a character, played by Julia, in her one woman show Jake's Gift. The play has received rave reviews, awards and fans across the country. Jake's Gift returns to PEI tomorrow at the Harbourfront Theatre. We caught up with Julia MacKey during her Maritime tour.
