A Letter to HRM Council

Andy Fillmore, the head of the school of planning at Dalhousie and former manager of urban design for the Halifax Regional Municipality, has joined with the Downtown Halifax Business Commission and the chair of the Urban Design Task Force in writing a letter to HRM council.

They are urging HRM council to vote against allowing the amendments that would permit the Skye Halifax project to be built.
