Lisa Marie Presley is scheduled to make her debut on the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on Aug. 21, following in the footsteps of her father, Elvis Presley.

The only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley has just finished a U.S. tour in support of her third album, Storm & Grace, a collection of Americana produced by T Bone Burnett.

Her father made one storied appearance at the Opry on Oct. 2, 1954, singing his version of the Bill Monroe classic Blue Moon of Kentucky.

Lisa Marie Presley will take to the stage alongside Rascal Flatts, Del McCoury Band, and The Time Jumpers.

Presley, 44 and a mother of twins, is to take part in events in Memphis this week to mark the 35th anniversary of her father’s death.

The singer still considers Graceland as a home and stays there several times a year, though she is now based in Britain. Her exhibit, Elvis: Through His Daughter’s Eyes, a collection of family mementos, is on display at the former Presley home for the next two years.
