I'm part of: The Canadian Diabetes Association 
#1 Health Goal: Good blood sugar control to live a long life.
Biggest Challenge: Maintaining my health, realizing with age more control is required of me, and staying focused on the goal, which is being alive and feeling good.
Biggest Accomplishment: Cycling across Canada in 2009 for the Canadian Diabetes Summer Surge campaign. It was my personal accomplishment at 52 years of age; Victoria to Halifax in 52 days. The Summer Surge campaign raised over $500,000 for diabetes, and I was part of it!
I will continue to Live Right Now by:  Exercising, eating a balanced diet and changing my thought process to live life positively, worry-free and enjoy the present moments more.
