Identify the benefits of achieving your goal. Lifestyle change requires time, commitment, patience and internal motivation. It's important to establish WHY your ultimate goal is important to you and the positive consequences of reaching it. Keep these factors in mind day-to-day, especially in challenging situations or when you are finding it difficult to stay on track.
