Determine what needs to change. Is it your diet, exercise, habits, thoughts, attitude or lifestyle or a combination of all six? Take a look at what you are doing well and areas that you could improve on. Think about what, when, where and how much you eat and exercise and all the factors in your life that contribute to unhealthy behaviour. For instance, do you eat too fast? Do you want too much TV? Do you sleep in and have little time for breakfast? Do you work through lunch? Once have given this some thought, choose two or three things that you can start to work on.
