#1 Health Goal:
To eat healthier. When I decided to make some changes with my eating habits, I discovered EATracker.ca. I tracked what I normally ate and used the recipe analyzer for a couple weeks to see where the issues were. From that, I could clearly see what foods I needed to cut out or cut down on. The tool helped me find replacement meals as well. The featured recipes and meal planning tips were a great help and easy to use.
Maintaining my achievement!
I have lost over 25 pounds in a few months.

Maintaining my new eating habits. My wife and I still go to EATracker.ca on a weekly basis for new recipes to avoid boredom on my new regimen.
