In this second of our two-part series, CBC Live Right Now and CBC Music teamed up with Fraser Walters and Clifton Murray, half of the operatic pop quartet, The Tenors, to showcase healthy eats.
"We are always looking for alternatives to stay healthy," says Murray.
"Airport food is not always the best so we like to cook as much as we can when we're not on the road."
CBC Music joined Walters and Murray in downtown Toronto as they cooked up Murray's sea bass dish.
