June 24th ... 7 days to summer...
Find an activity that you love to do and stick with it. Exercise does not have to involve sweating it out at the gym or getting a personal trainer. Think about the activities that you like to do and are more likely to do and do them more often. Aim for a minimum of 150 minutes a week of moderate to vigorous activity in bouts of 10 minutes or more. It is always wise to seek approval from your physician first before you start any exercise regimen.
