Biggest Challenge: Accepting my age and being gracious through these years.
Biggest Accomplishment: My two beautiful daughters.
I will continue to Live Right Now by: Continue my gym routine, which is daily and a real sweat. It is a huge priority for me. Eat a healthier diet and up the water intake. Laugh more and enjoy each day with friends, family and co-workers. Listen to them. Spend more time on foot and less time in the car.
Personal Tip for Canadians: If you really want it, don't wait! Jump in, take hold and do it. Whatever it is, be brave and act now. Help others this way. Know you are not alone. Small steps lead to miles and miles of life experience.
