June 1st, 30 days to summer...
Establish your ULTIMATE goal. The first step to lifestyle change is to figure out what you want to accomplish LONG-TERM. For example, your ultimate goal may be to achieve permanent weight loss, improve your diet or fitness, tone up, fit into your favourite bikini or improve a medical condition such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar levels. Remember that goals must be attainable! If your ultimate goal is weight loss, then aim for no more than 1-2 pounds per week. Whatever your goal is, write it down and keep it in a visible area.
