June 6th ... 25 days to summer...


Identify roadblocks and solutions. A roadblock is anything that could get in the way of you achieving your goals. This could include work, family or social commitments, a busy schedule, weather, sleep, stress or fatigue. We all stumble upon roadblocks, the key is to work with them rather than using them as an excuse. Determine a strategy for jumping over, crawling under or barreling through your roadblocks before they happen. If plan A doesn't work, then move onto plan B. Just don't give up!
