2 cups (500 mL) 0% Plain Yogurt

½ cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Twice the Fruit Apricot Spread

1-1/3 cups (325 mL) Almond Vanilla Granola

¾ cup (175 mL) fresh blueberries

Granola-Topped Apricot Yogurt with Skewered Blueberries

Yogurt and granola provide the protein your family needs to make it through to lunch. Substitute their favourite jam.

In bowl, stir together yogurt and apricot spread. Divide among four glasses or bowls. Sprinkle granola on top.

Skewer blueberries on four skewers and place across top of glasses. Serve immediately.
