1 pkg (300 g) PC Blue Menu Stone Baked Original Flatbread
1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
1 tsp (5 mL) dried thyme leaves
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cumin
½ cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Traditional Tzatziki Dip
½ cup (125 mL) fat free Greek yogurt
Toasted Spiced Flatbread with Yogurt Tzatziki Dip
When the kids are whining for the supper that isn't ready yet, this is great to put on the table to tide them over. Use flavoured spicy olive oil for a spicy version.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on cutting board. Brush with oil; sprinkle with thyme and cumin. Using pizza cutter, cut into four squares. Cut each square into four strips. Place on baking sheet.
Bake in centre of oven for 15 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, in bowl stir together tzatziki and yogurt; place in small serving bowl and sprinkle with a little extra thyme and cumin.
Arrange baked flatbread strips on a serving plate. Serve with dip.
