#1 Health Goal: Regular but moderate exercise, attempting to eat sensibly, and getting enough sleep.
Biggest Challenge: Dealing with age-related osteo-arthritis and somewhat declining vision.
Biggest Accomplishment: Being able to keep to a five days a week exercise schedule at the Y for close to 56 years.
I will continue to Live Right Now by: 1. Keep exercising on a regular basis, 2. Try to eat sensibly, 3. Get proper amounts of sleep.
Personal Tip for Canadians: I try to abide by this acronym: "RED" (R: rest), E: exercise D: diet (in terms of quality & quantity).
