First and foremost I want to express how happy I am to be a part of the Live Right Now team. My family and I can't wait to share our goals, challenges and successes with you.

Last year's campaign was a huge success with many Canadians surprising themselves and inspiring us all with their stories. It all starts by making those small manageable changes in your lifestyle that will have a huge impact on your health.

I am inviting all Canadians of all ages and fitness levels to participate in a weekly endurance test. The endurance test is an excellent way for us to come together to create, measure and achieve our goal of becoming a healthier nation.

Here is how it will work:

Create a Group
Create that community - through Facebook, newsletters, word of mouth - that will inspire each other and the rest of the country. The larger the group the better (no less than 5). This will provide support, motivation, accountability and most importantly fun!

Choose Your Route
2K to 5K is the distance we're looking for. This will be your route for the next 10 weeks so. Coose a route that is easily accessible and scenic.

Time Yourself
Please time yourselves and measure how you are doing every week. How are you feeling during and after? Is it easier? Are you getting stronger? Are you getting faster?

Everyone's Invited
We want everyone to come out (young and old). You can run or walk, it doesn't matter what your fitness level is. We are here to inspire and improve the health of our country. So Canada, let's get up, let's get out and move!

Mark it on Your Calendar
I will be faster by X minutes by week 5, I will lose 1 inch off of my waist by week 7. The possibilities are endless and can ultimately change your life.
