1 can (398 mL) PC Blue Menu Vegetarian Chili
1 pkg (200 g) PC Blue Menu Multigrain Thin Pizza Crust
1 ¼ cups (300 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh coriander
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Evenly spread chili over pizza crust. Sprinkle evenly with cheese
Bake directly on the middle rack of oven for 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and starting to brown. Sprinkle with jalapeño, green onions and coriander
