Learning to Run

I'm part of: Heart and Stroke Foundation
#1 Health Goal: Learn to run so I can complete a marathon.
Biggest Challenge: Have never run any distance over 1K continuously.
Biggest Accomplishment: Overcoming knee injuries.
I will continue to Live Right Now by:
- Scheduling daily workouts to keep active
- Track my activity so I can learn what I am doing and how I can progress
- Moderate my diet - make sure I am cutting back on undesirable foods to keep my body energized.
Personal Tip for Canadians: Track what you do. You will hold yourself accountable if you have skipped an entire week of activity.
