Laura Reeds

Name: Laura Reeds
I live in: Burlington, but I am part of the LRN Movement in Brampton. I am a member of the Wallis for Wellness Team and have been involved in all of the Champions 4 Change initiatives.
#1 Health Goal: To release my weight and improve my overall health and lifestyle so that I can enjoy life to the fullest with my family.
Biggest Challenge: Staying focused on my goals despite the stresses that life can present. Staying positive even when you feel you have a long way to go can be a challenge but celebrating my successes along the way is maintaining my motivation to succeed.
Biggest Accomplishment: I have lost 45 lbs in just six weeks by following a healthy nutritional cleansing program combined with regular exercise! I feel confident that there is more weight loss to come!
I will continue to Live Right Now by: Exercising regularly and continuing to follow my nutritional cleansing program that has helped me to release my weight and have more energy.
Personal Tip for Canadians: I have three:

1. Eating can be habitual, but you don't have to succumb to that temptation. Eat when you are hungry and don't always make a celebration ONLY about food. Your body will thank you.
2. Start each day with a healthy protein shake to stoke your fat burning fires and help curb your cravings.
3. Surround yourself with a positive team that will be there to support you when times are tough and to celebrate in your successes! Getting healthy can be rewarding and FUN!
