I will continue to Live Right Now by:
- Making physical activity a priority
- Continuing to watch my diet; I've lost 43 pounds by cutting back on sugar and fat
- Managing my stress by reducing work hours and talking to friends
Personal Tip for Canadians: Going forward I know I need to reduce the amount of stress I put on myself. I realize I can only do my job if I'm alive - and so I've learned not to overwork myself.
