Jamie Lost 15 Pounds and Slept Better!

Name: Jamie Gamble (as seen on Village On A Diet)
I live in: Taylor, B.C.
#1 Health Goal: To continue to eat healthy and exercise, in order to be a positive role model for my two daughters.
Biggest Challenge: Making the time to exercise with a new baby in the house. With two children, it was impossible to sleep when the baby was sleeping. Without much sleep at night, I would be tired all day. I found it very hard to want to work out knowing that I may or may not get a good night's rest.
Biggest Accomplishment: Losing 15 pounds and 13 inches in 12 weeks. Boot camp and working out at home, combined with eating healthy actually makes me feel less tired and I have better quality sleep at night.
I will continue to Live Right Now by: Keeping track of my calories in and calories burned, making sure I have plenty of water each day, and making time for exercise.
Personal Tip for Canadians:
1. Do what you can, when you can. Even if you only have 10 minutes here or there, it all adds up.
2. Make it fun and make it just for you. Living a healthy lifestyle shouldn't feel like work or a chore.
3. Stay positive. Don't feel down on yourself if you ate badly one day, or didn't get your workout on another. Just keep on going and know that you can do it.
4. Join a social networking group. Talking to other people who are changing their lifestyle as well will help keep you motivated and give you new ideas.
