Des repas à congeler

Vous voulez éviter les bouleversements de dernière minute quand il vous faut vite préparer des repas les soirs de semaine? C'est simple : doublez les recettes! Vous pourrez ainsi congeler la moitié et la déguster quand vous n'aurez pas le temps de cuisiner. Vous éviterez ainsi d'avoir recours à de la malbouffe.


Nous vous proposons quatre repas à congeler. Notre conseillère en nutrition, Shannon Crocker, partage trois de ses propres recettes et la diététéste Stefanie Senior offre l'une de ses préférées, qui provient de Foodland Ontario.
