June 22nd ... 9 days to summer...

Take 20 minutes to eat your meals. It takes about 20 minutes for your brain to recognize that you have eaten. If you plow through a meal in 5 or 10 minutes, you may still feel hungry, even if you have consumed the amount of food that your body needs. Set a timer for 20 minutes and eat slowly, chew your food well, put your utensils down in between bites and focus on the taste, sensation, aroma and texture of your food.
