Cooking Show Grocery List

Join us this Thursday for a LIVE cooking show filled with healthy holiday ideas. You can even go shopping ahead of time and cook along with chef's Christopher Woods, and David Howie.

Here's the ingredient list for the four appetizers they're going to walk us through:

Rustic Tuscan Tart with Oven Roasted Caramelized Shallots, Fontina Cheese & Nicoise Olives

  • Capri Tomatoes, 10 tomatoes
  • Shallots, 4 Shallots
  • Fontina Cheese, 1 cup
  • Arugula, 1 cup
  • Pine nuts, ¼ cup
  • Garlic, 2 tablespoons
  • Nicoise Olives, ¼ cup
  • Italian Parsley, 1 tablespoon
  • Thyme, 1 tablespoon
  • Puff Pastry, 2 Sheets
  • Olive Oil, 6 tablespoons
  • Salt & Black Pepper to season
  • Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, ¼ cup
  • Maldon Salt to season

Thai Grilled Shrimp with a Smokey Chipotle Aioli

  • Shrimps, 1 pound (about 16 pieces)
  • Dill, 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, 5 cloves
  • Roasted Garlic, 1 tablespoon
  • Lemons, 2
  • Limes, 1
  • Ginger, 1 small piece
  • Thai Chili Pepper, 1 piece
  • Buckwheat Honey, 1 tablespoon
  • Mayo, ½ cup
  • Chipotle, 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil
  • Bamboo Skewers or Lemongrass Stocks, 8
  • Salt & Pepper to season

Roasted Figs Wrapped in Prosciutto With Gorgonzola Cheese, Roasted Pecans &  White Balsamic Reduction

  • Fresh Figs, 12
  • Gorgonzola Cheese, 12 tablespoons
  • Prosciutto Slices, 12
  • Pecans, ¼ cup
  • White Balsamic Vinegar, ½ cup
  • Maple Syrup, ½ cup
  • Fresh Thyme, 2 tablespoons

Turkey Burger

  • Lean Ground Turkey (3 oz burger), 2 pounds
  • Caramelized Onions, 3 medium cooking onions
  • Roasted Garlic, 2 tablespoons (paste)
  • Fresh Thyme, 2 tablespoons
  • Sat & Pepper to taste
  • Multi grain Round Dinner Rolls, 6

Tomato Jam

  • Canned Diced Tomatoes, 28 ounce can
  • Chopped Garlic, 2 tablespoons (jarred)
  • Diced Onions, 1 small cooking onion
  • Honey, 3 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar, ½ cup 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
