Biggest Accomplishment: Losing 40 lbs since August 2008, with a 20 lb loss between August 2010 and August 2011.
I will continue to Live Right Now by:
- Going to the gym four times a week, no matter what excuses for not going may pop into my head.
- Eating a non-processed diet.
- Logging my accomplishments and knowing that if I haven't reached my short term goals - it will happen, and to not give up.
