For the month of June we are counting down 30 Days to Summer with registered dietitian Stefanie Senior. Each day she will reveal a new tip to help you reach your summer health goals. Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up to help you stay energized throughout the morning, control blood sugars, and prevent you from overeating later in the day, especially late afternoon and evening. Research shows that breakfast eaters have lower BMIs and eat less calories overall.
